How Musa Transforms Corporate Education

How Musa Transforms Corporate Education

During the pandemic, Mónica Ramos and Patricia Barrios, Peruvian entrepreneurs, identified the need to digitalize teams at major companies in Peru. Together, they created Musa, a training solution accessible via WhatsApp.

In October 2021, Mónica Ramos and Patricia Barrios founded Musa. Inspired by Greek mythology, the platform offers one-month courses to users with limited access to advanced technology or the internet. This way, Musa can serve up to 10,000 users. Additionally, companies provide the content and participant profiles, ensuring a personalized experience.

During its first year, Musa collaborated with NGOs and international organizations. In this period, they provided training in entrepreneurship, financial inclusion, and community health. Then, in 2022, Musa expanded to Chile, working with Start-Up Chile and major firms like Natura, Walmart Chile, and Falabella.

On the other hand, Musa uses a microlearning methodology based on behavioral sciences. Starting in 2023, Mónica Ramos and her team are focusing on growth through sales and expanding into the Mexican market, in collaboration with Tecnológico de Monterrey.

Finally, Mónica Ramos and Patricia Barrios have demonstrated that innovation and resilience can transform education and training during times of crisis. With Musa, they are facilitating access to learning for thousands of people, improving their skills and job opportunities. Therefore, the future looks even brighter for these visionaries.
