Musa: Peruvian Finalist in the TPrize 2021

Musa has been selected as one of the 10 finalists in the TPrize 2021, highlighting our innovative solutions in workforce training.

Since its founding in 2019, Musa has committed to offering educational opportunities to young people in the Peruvian jungle, a region facing numerous development challenges. Initially, we planned to start the project in Mazamari in 2020; however, the pandemic forced us to change our focus and redirect our efforts towards traditional entrepreneurs across the country.

In this context, Mónica Ramos, CEO and co-founder of Musa, highlights two key features of our project. First, we use a microlearning methodology that keeps users consistently engaged with the content. Second, we ensure accessibility through WhatsApp, allowing 9 out of 10 participants to successfully complete their courses, overcoming any technological or connectivity barriers.

Therefore, we are proud to announce that we have been selected as one of the 10 finalists for TPrize 2021. This prestigious competition recognizes innovative solutions from across Latin America, and our commitment to workforce training has earned us a distinguished place.

This achievement undoubtedly drives us to work with greater passion and dedication to enhance job opportunities in our region. We sincerely thank everyone for joining us on this journey.

Finally, next week we will announce the winners, and at Musa, we look forward to continuing our mission to improve access to education and job opportunities across Latin America.
