Revolutionizing Education: The Story of Mónica Ramos

Musa, led by Mónica Anai Ramos Li, CEO and co-founder, is revolutionizing workforce training in Latin America through accessible microlearning via WhatsApp.

Musa has found an innovative solution to train the workforce in Latin America. Specifically, they transform training content into microlearning, based on behavioral science, and deliver it via WhatsApp. In this way, users can learn from anywhere, at any time, and at their own pace.

The idea for Musa emerged during the COVID-19 pandemic. In this context, Mónica, its founder, saw an opportunity to help traditional entrepreneurs in Peru. By offering accessible and engaging content and training, Musa aimed to democratize access to education. Thus, it enables people to reach their full potential using tools that are already available.

More recently, Musa joined StartUp Chile, a publicly funded acceleration program. Thanks to this collaboration, they have been able to validate their product in the Chilean market and, additionally, accelerate their growth.

Mónica and her team at Musa work tirelessly to create a more equitable world. Therefore, they offer innovative solutions that overcome educational barriers in Latin America. Consequently, it is exciting to see how they are transforming lives and communities with their vision and dedication.
